Project Overview

The Ministry of Defense Headquarters (MoD HQ) project in Kabul represents one of the most significant defense infrastructure developments in Afghanistan. Between 2011 and 2014, Harirod Group of Companies served as a key subcontractor to ITSI Gilbane, the prime contractor responsible for delivering the project.

This high-security, large-scale facility was developed as part of Afghanistan’s national strategy to modernize defense infrastructure and establish a centralized administrative and operational command center for the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF).
