The Bagram to Jabal al-Siraj Road Construction Project is a major national infrastructure development aimed at improving regional connectivity, transportation efficiency, and economic growth.
This road construction contract was originally awarded by the Ministry of Public Works under Contract No. NPA/MOPW/97/W-2137/NCB to a Joint Venture (JV) between Harirod Construction Company and Himmel-u Papisch prior to the change in government administration.
Following a temporary suspension, the project has now been officially recontracted to complete the remaining works. The updated contract duration for completion of the outstanding activities is 12 calendar months.
