Scope of Work:
The Campus: A large Campus with 3 Institutes has been established in the outskirts of Mazar e Sharif near Taktha Pul district on a huge plot belonging to the MoE, 15 km west of Mazar e Sharif at the main road to Balkh City. In ancient times the compound has been used as a caravansary.
The Agricultural Veterinary Institute (AVI), the Technical Teacher Training Academy (TTTA) and the Engineering College (EC) in total actually accommodate appr. 1,600 students, with a plan to be increased to a full medium-term capacity of up to 3,000 students. Appr. 400 students actually are living in dormitories within the Campus, the majority of students are living in Mazar e Sharif and in surrounding villages.
The Construction: The planned project comprises 4 major construction lots: The construction of a Multipurpose hall (MPH), external dimensions appr. 40 x 29 m,
Consisting of: Main Hall length x width x height appr. 35 x 21 x 7,50 m + slope roof, RFC-skeleton, roof sub-structure profile steel.
2-floor wing for wet- and changing rooms, gallery, RFC-skeleton, flat roof, 1-floor storage room, flat roof, RFC-skeleton, All walls non-load-bearing brick walls.

Small Photovoltaic facility on metal slope roof
An existing clay-house and a small playground both shall be integrated into the KIGA compound.
The construction of a Sports Field, length x width appr. 80 x 60 m
Landscaping works, to be specified and designed in local tradition and craft-men-ship as per Master Plan recommendations
