Scope of Works:
The Scope of the work is consist of :
• Up keeping and maintenance of the main building, cleaning, up keeping of the mechanical system such as water supply, sewer system, heating system, cooling system, electrical system and insuring of all functionality of the building for proper use by the client on 24Hr/day and 7days/week basis.
• Up keeping and maintenance of the all other building (Cabinet Meeting Hall, Administration Building, Service Building, Security Building, Mosque, entry control points) cleaning, up keeping of the mechanical system such as Water supply, sewer system, heating system, cooling system, electrical system and ensuring of all functionality of the building for proper use by the client on 24Hr/day and 7days/week basis.
• Daily evacuation or upon requirement of septic tank to a designated disposal location determined by the Municipality.
• Cutting of the grasses, watering and maintaining of the green area as a VIP compound.
• Maintaining of the pool during winter and summer season.
• Road and walk way marking and cleaning as 24hr/day and 7days/week.
