Project Description:
As a key subcontractor under the prime contractor ITSI, our team played a vital role in the Construction of the Ministry of Defense (MOD) Headquarters in Kabul, a major infrastructure project of national significance. Our scope of work encompassed several critical structural and architectural elements, ensuring the facility met high standards of durability, functionality, and design.
Subcontracted Work Orders Executed:
Structural Works: Comprehensive structural construction services including foundation preparation, concrete work, and framing, supporting the core integrity of the headquarters.
Terrazzo Flooring: Installation of high-quality terrazzo flooring, providing both durability and aesthetic appeal across key interior spaces.
Dry Wall Installation: Execution of drywall systems for interior partitioning and ceiling finishes, ensuring sound insulation and smooth surface finishing.
Deck System: Design and construction of robust deck systems to support elevated areas and ensure safe load distribution throughout the building.
WWTP Slab & Water Tank: Construction of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) slab and installation of an integrated water tank, supporting the site’s sustainability and infrastructure needs.
Auditorium Trusses: Fabrication and erection of large-span trusses for the auditorium, enabling wide-open spaces suitable for official gatherings and conferences.
Roof Top Waterproofing: Application of advanced waterproofing systems on the rooftop to prevent leakage, extend the roof’s lifespan, and enhance the building’s resilience to weather conditions.
